How to Apply :
(૧) ઉપરોક્ત જગ્યા માટે ઈચ્છુક ઉમેદવારોએ એક કરતાં વધારે જગ્યાઓ માટે અલગ અલગ અરજી સાદા કાગળમાં પૂરું નામ, સરનામું અને સંપર્ક નંભરની વિગતો તથા પુરાવામીની સ્વપ્રમાણિત નકલ સાથે આપવાની રહેશે અને જે સંરથા માટે અરજી કરેલ હોય તે સંસ્થાનું નામ નંબરની વિગતો તથા પુરાવાઓની સ્વપ્રમાણિત નકલ સાથે આપવાની રહેશે અને જે સંસ્થા માટે અરજી કરેલ હોવ તે સંસ્થાનું નામ તથા જે પોસ્ટ/ જગ્યા માટે અરજી કરેલ હોય તે પોસ્ટ જગ્યાનું સ્પષ્ટ નામ ફરજિયાત અરજીમાં દર્શાવવાનું રહેશે.
(૨) ઉમેદવારે ઉપરોક્ત દર્શાવલ તારીખ, સમય છે અને સ્થળે પોતાન પોતાનાં શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત અનુભવ અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રી સાથે રાખવાના રહેશે, પાસપોર્ટ સાઈઝના ૦૨ ફોટા, ઓળખનો પુરાવાની નકલ (સરકાર માન્ય એક પુરાવો-આધારકાર્ડ, પાનકાર્ડ, ઇલેકશનકાર્ડ વગેરે પૈકી એક અસલ સાથે રાખવાની રહેશે.) જન્મ તારીખનો પુરાવો. તમામ પુરાવાઓની અસલ તથા સ્વપ્રમાણિત નકલો સાથે સમય સવારે ૧૧.૩૦ કલાક સુધીમાં ફરજિયાત રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરાવવાનું રહેશે.
(3) ઉપરોકત જગ્યાઓ માટે પૂરતાં પ્રમાણપત્રો રજૂ ન કરેલ ઉમેદવારો ઈન્ટરવ્યુને પાત્ર ગણાશે નહીં.રજિસ્ટ્રેશનના સમયમર્યાદા બાદ આવેલ ઉમેદવારોનું રજિસ્ટ્રેશન કરવામાં આવશે નહી અને મૌખિક ઈન્ટરવ્યુને પાત્ર ગણારી નહી.
(૫) ઉપરોક્ત ૧૧ માસના કરાર આધારિત ભરતી પામતનો આખરી નિર્ણય જિલ્લા ભરતી પસંદગી સમિતિ અમદાવાદને આધિન રહેશે,
